Meetinghouse Farm is a non-profit organization that is funded by donations and fundraising activities, as well by private and public grants.

Join Us in May

In May, we will be sorting bottles & cans at the Barnstable Transfer Station
Save your returnables and bring them to the Redemption Shed where friendly volunteers will be happy to take the donations.

In the past, volunteers Mike and Mary Ann Donovan organized this fund raising favorite. This year, Mary Ann and Board Member Joe Leary will be in charge.

Sadly, Mike Donovan, pictured here, passed away recently. Mike’s big presence will surely be felt as he watches to make sure we are throwing those cans and bottles in the correct bins!
(If you want to make it a little easier, separate your cans, glass bottles and plastic bottles when you bring them in.)

In 2017, Farm volunteers sorted 79,061 bottles and cans to raise $4000 for the Farm.

Start Saving your Bottles and cans Now!
Let's make it $5000 this year!

If you are unfamiliar with the Barnstable Transfer Station’s Non-profit redeemable program, it’s time to discover this great fundraising opportunity!

Each month a different nonprofit sorts bottles and cans to raise money for their organization.

All money raised will support Meetinghouse Farm.
