Paine Black House

Many visitors to Meetinghouse Farm ask about the Cape style structure that abuts the Farm. Extensive repairs have been completed on this historic structure over the past few years with additional repairs planned for the future when more funding is available. Thus far, work has included a new Title 5 septic system, new roof, center chimney, exterior siding and trim, new gas service and heating system, remediation of interior mold, restoration of existing windows and doors, and the widening of the rear door to allow ADA access. The West Barnstable Festival Committee has donated exterior lighting.

Plans for future use of this community structure are incomplete.
